Welcome to the New AHS Region 7 Website

Welcome to the new AHS Region 7 website!   With a lot of help from Bobby Baxter (that’s my way of saying he did it all) I hope everyone will enjoy the new look and information we will be making available in the near future. It’s by no means completed, but hopefully I will get the most important things done in a timely manner.
Some of the new things you will find include local club information, club newsletters; if they publish one and their yearly meeting schedule just in case you happen to be in the area.  I am also trying to get the display garden page updated with pictures and directions so you can visit when you are in the area.   You will also find current and back issues of the Regional newsletter. Lastly, while it may not be of interest to most people, you will also find the Regional By-Laws and Finances.
My plan is to make this a working site with new and frequent updates. Updates will be highlighted on the home page and hopefully will keep everyone interested in coming back to see what has changed. I hope that everyone will get into the spirit and send me articles, pictures, or anything you think might be interesting to the regional members.
My number one goal at the point is not to break anything.   I’m still new at this website stuff.   I’ve already wiped out a month of updates to the site with one wrong button click.   Thank God for backups.
Please feel free to make comments and suggestions on what you like, dislike, or what you would like to see on the website.   I can’t promise to field all you requests, but at least I’ll commit to working on it.
